Diya Delft is a new Indian restaurant that will be situated in Delft. We are currently busy with setting up the restaurant and are looking for a independent cook who want to help us bring the Indian cuisine to Delft. Are you experienced in the Indian cuisine and not afraid of an entrepreneurial challenge? Then this could be your new job!
What will you be doing?
As an independent working cook you are responsible for the daily affairs and progress in the kitchen. You are also responsible for supervising and preparing dishes. You provide input and you are creative with regard to the composition and changes of menus. You ensure a neat workplace and work according to HACCP. In addition, you like to work well together in a team.
You offer our guests constant quality with high quality product and you know how to surprise them with the most unique combinations of dishes. You contribute to a high quality performance and implementation of culinary concept.
Who are you?
– You have a passion for everything that has to do with Indian food and drinks;
– You get energy of setting up a new India restaurant;
– You are used to working in the kitchen under pressure and have an eye for detail;
– You speak fluent English;
– You have minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Indian cuisine;
– You are flexible and have a passion for your profession;
– You are strong in collaboration and contribute positively to the team;
