Diya Delft is a new Indian restaurant situated in Delft. Focus of Diya Delft is to be a bridge between the local Dutch society and Indian food. We want to lower the threshold by serving the traditional Indian food. Due to expansion of our restaurant, we are looking for new employees.
What will you be doing?
As restaurant manager, you make sure that the day-to-day operation of the restaurant goes fluently. You ensure maximum guest experience and quality at all times! You know how to enchant our guests.
In addition, you manage the team in a positive and energetic way and you are responsible for personnel management. You assist in making the schedules, coach and train your team.

– You are hospitable, have a representative appearance, and a great sense of responsibility as if it were your own business;
– You get energy of setting up a new Indian restaurant and knows how to how to build a connection between the local Delft population and the Indian culture;
– You are commercially inclined. You have a feeling for what sells and what not;
– You are creative and can think up of and execute marketing activities;
– You are strong in collaboration and enjoy motivating and training the team;
– You are flexible and have a passion for your profession, you don’t mind to work during the evenings or in the weekends;
– You speak fluent Dutch and English;
– You have your SVH and BHV diploma or are willing to obtain this in the short term;
– You have experience working in a restaurant.
